Shipping policy

All items come packaged with the utmost care and caution. I ship via First Class Mail or Priority Mail with the USPS, FedEX or UPS. I always choose the most economical option unless you request otherwise. Some orders are double boxed to ensure they arrive safely. After placing your order, you will receive an invoice for shipping charges. This ensures that you only pay actual shipping costs. Your order is not confirmed or finalized and will not be shipped until the shipping invoice has been paid. If the shipping invoice is not paid for within 7 days of the day it was sent, the original order will be refunded less any processing fees.*

*This does NOT apply to commissions, commissions are non-refundable.

Special order commissions are shipped via the most cost effective method  with tracking and insurance and the customer is solely responsible for this cost. Due to the nature of special order commission pieces, shipping CANNOT be determined until the piece has been completed and has been packaged and weighed for shipment. Shipping quotes CANNOT be provided on special order commission pieces prior to packaging.

If you need a ready to ship or made to order item to be received within a certain time frame, please contact me for Expedited Shipping. Expedited Shipping is offered at the customers expense and will be billed separately from your original order. The Expedited Shipping charge is based on actual shipping charges and will NOT be calculated in advance, it will be calculated when the item(s) is packaged and can be weighed.

Items from my Ready to Ship Collection are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Custom made pieces or commission pieces will need additional processing time. I will be in contact with you in regards to a more precise turn around time once your order has been completed.

If you are local to me (within Sevier County, Tennessee), I am happy to meet you at one of my specified locations so you can pick up your items. I will reach out to you once your order has been fulfilled so we can set a date and time to meet.

Photos, descriptions and measurements are as accurate as possible. However, each item is hand made so some variation is to be expected. Every sheet of glass is different, even among the same color as they are made in different batches. As a result, actual products will differ slightly to those that you see in the photos on this site. You will also notice imperfections in the glass itself that is part of the manufacturing process and is no fault of Kristal Kreations such as "zippers", "ripples", "lines", "bubbles", "small indentations", etc.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, processing and/or shipping time frames could be impacted by weather, illness, etc., causing unavoidable delays. Should there be a delay in your order, I will contact you. Be sure to order in advance if you need your order to be received by a specific dates.
